All persons who submit nominations and popularity votes on the Website are deemed to have understood and agreed to these Terms and any other applicable terms and conditions to the Awards. IMDA & SGTech is not responsible for nominations or votes in relation to the Awards that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including any electronic, computer, or communication malfunction or error, or the inability to access any web site associated with the Awards. If for any reason any aspect of the Awards are not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of IMDA & SGTech which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Awards, IMDA & SGTech may in its discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Awards, or invalidate any affected nominations, votes or other Awards submissions, and shall not be liable for any claim, action, damage or loss as a result of such cancellation, termination, modification, suspension or invalidation.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of Singapore.
